Criselda did a great job with Briggs! When we first brought Briggs for board and train; he was a very excited, easily distracted, attention barking dog who did not listen to commands. Criselda was able to break all his bad habits and we now have a very well behaved dog. He no longer pulls during walks, barks for attention and we can now have company over without a problem. The board and training program is hands down worth the investment. I brought my 11-month-old French bulldog Jax with hopes of getting him to be a good listener and crate train him. The progress we saw in 3 weeks was amazing. We loved the video and photo updates throughout the process. Criselda was great with Jax and with me, as we both had a lot of learning to do when it came to obedience training. I would recommend this place to anyone considering it. Super happy with Criselda’s training program and Brody’s progress! Before, he was super stubborn and reluctant to follow commands I had worked on with him. He also pulled on the leash when he saw another dog. Now he confidently knows commands and walks well on a leash! Criselda was amazing in updating us and sending us pictures multiple days a week. She took him to Home Depot, Petco, and the mall to socialize him, which I loved. Anxious as I was dropping him off, when I went to visit, I could tell he loved it. I boarded my dog Oreo here this past summer and it was definitely one of the best decisions ever! Since a puppy, Oreo was very reactive when it came to being in public with other unfamiliar dogs, making daily walks very stressful. We had tried private trainers in the past, and they worked temporarily, but we never fully understood how to build confidence with Oreo. Criselda was the best thing to happen for Oreo. From the start, he was very comfortable with her, and I could see that in the weekly update videos I received. In such a short time, Oreo made so much progress with understanding basic commands and being surrounded by other dogs without reacting. At the midway session, I saw how much Oreo's attention shifted to listening to me with Criselda's help! She was constantly making sure I understood how to build that confidence in giving commands to Oreo and thoroughly made sure I knew how to use all the training tools provided. These photos never could have happened with out Criselda. She changed our relationship with our Jinx and Penny. They were reacting to each-other and we couldn’t keep them together in a room. They would fight and physically hurt each other. Now they are snuggling and able to listen to commands we have the tools to handle any fight and our dogs are happy and loving to each-other again.

My wife and I recently used a training program for our 3-year-old Pomsky, Zelda. She was always a pretty good dog but liked to pull during walks and bark quite a bit in the house. The difference after her training was night and day. We had the privilege of working with Criselda as Zelda’s trainer. Criselda did an amazing job training Zelda and teaching us all the commands used during Zelda’s training. Criselda kept in touch with us throughout the entire training process. Zelda is now much better behaved on walks and around the house. She rarely needs correction during walks and listens very well to commands in the house, even with distractions. We highly recommend Criselda and would definitely use her again in the future.

Sent my dog Milo (3 years old) there for Board and train right before giving birth. The process was super professional, they send pictures while the dog is with them to make the time apart easier. They tailor the training to what you want to work on. Criselda was really nice and professional. Milo is so much calmer now, Criselda help me give him a good foundation to be a well behaved dog. After trying a few other trainers with little success, we decided to go with a 5-week hybrid course. Our trainer was Criselda. She is a very knowledgeable, passionate trainer. Our dog, Henry, was skittish, reactive, and very difficult to control on a leash. With the guidance and patience from Criselda, Henry showed improvement each and every week. When we dropped our dog off, he did not listen to commands and had strong aggression towards other dogs. After Criselda worked with him, he now listens to every command, walks great on a leash, and is improving every day on his aggression towards other dogs. I highly recommend dog training to anyone who is looking for help with training their dog. At first, we tried much cheaper dog training places but Kona didn’t get the one-on-one training that provided. It was a struggle to take her on walks, potty training, and listening to our commands. After Kona completed her training, she is such a well-behaved dog and still our lovable dog from the beginning. Our walks are so manageable, she goes potty when it’s time, and she listens to the key words taught us. Not only does the training center train dogs, they also train the owners to ensure that the dog does not go back to their old ways; It takes 2 to tango. We would like to especially thank Criselda who did an amazing and phenomenal job with Kona. If you plan to take your dog here please ask for her, I can guarantee your dog will be in great care with her. Thank you to the staff for the great work you do and again we highly recommend them. It’s worth the price.

We’ve had our Pitbull Mooch for 5 years. He’s a very loving dog but it was very difficult to get him to behave. He’s very hyperactive and pulls on the leash. Walks were no option to get out his energy. I finally decided to enroll him in a boarding school after hearing about them from a friend at workI received regular updates on his health and training progress. When it was done, Mooch became much more calm and obedient to instruction. He plays fetch and can walk on the leash so much better. I’m very happy with his progress. After Mooch graduated, we decided to have our 9-month-old Husky puppy, Lobo, trained with Criselda as well. She did an amazing job with Lobo, just like she did with Mooch. One piece of advice: training has to continue in the home to maintain what was learned. ALL members of the household have to be aware and participate to guarantee success and prevent regression! The trainers at the facility get through the learning curve, but it’s up to the owners to maintain the results.

We're incredibly grateful to our awesome trainer Criselda for transforming our 1-year-old Dalmatian's behavior. Our boy had leash-pulling, bike reactivity, and dog reactivity issues before, but thanks to Criselda's positive reinforcement techniques, he now walks peacefully by our side and no longer reacts negatively to passing bikes. He also behaves well around other dogs thanks to the socialization sessions. Criselda not only trained Oreo but also empowered us with the skills necessary to maintain his behavior at home. Most importantly, there was excellent communication between the time we left him at the facility till the time we picked him up. The training has turned our Dalmatian into an obedient good boy. If you need dog training, this is the best choice!

So glad I finally decided my naughty little boy had some growing up to do and Criselda fixed him right up. I was kind of nervous about possible separation anxiety or behaviors because he’s so spoiled and hasn’t been away from me for that long before, but he had a great time. I loved all the pictures and creative videos of the training sessions she sent me. Of course, now that he’s home it’s my turn to continue the training and implement everything I have learned, but I wouldn’t have been able to get to this point (trust me, I tried for years, but nowhere near as consistently or thoroughly: ok, I had no idea what I was doing, and it showed in my pup’s behaviors) without Criselda’s help because she put in all the initial hours and repetitions needed for the commands and behavior modifications to stick.
